Race #1 Picks: 4-3-1-7

Race #2 Picks: 1-4-5-3

Race #3 Picks: 8-5-6-2

Race #4 Picks: 7-1-3-5

Race #5 Picks: 7-1-4-3

Race #6 Picks: 3-1A-4-5

In this $16,000 optional claiming race N1X for fillies and mares at 6 furlongs, #3 Spicy Margarita (7-2) set the pace and drew off in last posting a 75 speed figure. This three-year-old is getting seasoned and seems to be coming into her own. We think she will make it two straight today.  #1A Date Night Kisses (8-5) beat Spicy Margarita two back and has a string of good races since Jamie Ness took over training duties. She is a top contender today. #4 Intrepid Daydream (5-2) won a maiden special weight impressively last year and then took a ten-month break. Has been working well, which includes several bullet works. #5 Dancer’s Melody (6-1) has been in the top three positions in 6-of-10 races at Delaware.

Race #7 Picks: 1-6-11-7

This $42,000 Allowance race for N1X fillies and mares at 1 1/16 miles on the turf is very competitive, and no horses can be eliminated. #1 Viburnum (5-2) has been very competitive against tough competition in Kentucky. Unfortunately, she only has one win in sixteen lifetime starts. Now coming back to Delaware where she was competitive as a three-year-old last year. We think she will get her second win today. #6 Seduce (10-1) convincingly won a MSW last time out. This filly appears to have some talent and likes the Delaware Park turf. Now that she has some seasoning we think she might run a lifetime best today. #11 Sweet Sandy (10-1) arrives off a long break, but that shouldn’t bother this old timer. Was running in state-bred stakes races at Colonial last year and will be closing late today. #7 Mosalah (6-1) will be passing tired horses late and could get into the exotics.

Race #8 Picks: 2-5-3-1
