From a Maryland Jockey Club release

For the second time in three days, jockey Feargal Lynch registered four wins on a single card at Laurel Park.

Lynch won three consecutive races Saturday with 4-year-old filly Piney Blues ($6.20) in the second, 27-1 long shot Giles Fair ($56.20) in the third and 2-year-old gelding Parade of Nations ($5) in the fourth.

In Saturday’s featured seventh race, a $40,000 maiden special weight for 2-year-olds, Lynch guided Namcook Stable and Paul Braverman’s Bellows ($11.40) to a 2 ¾-length victory in 1:13.22 for six furlongs over a fast main track.

It was the third start for Bellows, who finished second by a neck in his unveiling Sept. 20 at Parx and was fifth, beaten three lengths, in a similar maiden special weight spot Oct. 15 at Keeleland.

“He’s a nice horse. He ran very well up at Parx and then the race in Keeneland was quite hot. To take him over there, they like him a lot,” Lynch said. “He’s a horse for next year and a he’s a horse with a bright future, I think.”

Lynch also won four times on Laurel’s special Thanksgiving Day program. Represented by agent Scott Silver, he is the third-leading rider at the current fall meet which ends Dec. 31, trailing Jevian Toledo and Trevor McCarthy. Toledo had three wins at Laurel Saturday while McCarthy won twice at Gulfstream Park West.

“I’m feeling good. When it’s like this, it’s great. It makes the job worthwhile getting up in the mornings,” Lynch said. “Scotty Silver’s doing a great job. Luckily Trevor’s out of town this weekend, so that helps. It’s good for the team.”

Lynch is named in five of nine races both Sunday and on a special Monday program carded to make up for the Nov. 20 cancellation due to high winds. First race post time both days is 12:30 p.m.

There will be a 50-cent Late Pick 5 carryover of $3,678.89 Sunday spanning Races 5-9. Tickets with four of five winners Saturday returned $45.95.

Note: Meet-leading rider Toledo’s three wins Saturday came aboard Our Sweet Legacy ($8.60) in the first race, Indian Bucks ($10.60) in the eighth and Inner Fire ($9.40) in the 10th.
