There were nine stakes contested in the mid-Atlantic this weekend, topped by the $350,000 De Francis Dash at Laurel Park. Laurel also had five other stakes on the docket, while Parx Racing had a pair of South Carolina residency races and Charles Town ran a stake for West Virginia-breds.
