With yet another possibly nasty bout of weather set to hit the mid-Atlantic region in the coming days, the Virginia Thoroughbred Association has decided to postpone its 2014 Stallion Season Auction, originally scheduled to begin on February 12, until next week.

The auction will now take place beginning on Tuesday, February 18.

The VTA’s auction is one of the industry’s most intriguing, including a a lengthy list of highly regarded stallions, such as Awesome Again and Bodemeister.  Proceeds benefit the VTA.  Click here for more information.
