The Daily Racing Form is reporting (here) that the quarantine necessitated by equine herpesvirus at Parx Racing will continue.  That quarantine prohibits horses from leaving the grounds once they are there.

Five horses from Barn 21 tested positive for EHV-1 on December 7, and all five tested positive once again on Thursday.  According to Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulations, horses must be free of any clinical signs of the disease for 21 days and test negative for it before the quarantine is lifted.

As a result, that means the quarantine will be in place until at least January 2.
