From a Delaware Park release

P. DiCosmo and A. Condurso’s Hard Enough will be seeking his third straight victory in the $200,000 Grade III Kent Stakes at Delaware Park this Saturday.  The mile-and-an-eighth turf race for 3-year-olds has attracted a field of eight.

In his most recent effort, the son of Hard Spun posted a head victory in the mile-and-an-eighth $60,000 Restoration Stakes at Monmouth Park on August 17.  Previously, the Virginia-bred conditioned by Bobby Dibona notched a 1 ½-length score in the mile-and-a-sixteenth $60,000 Jersey Derby at Monmouth Park on July 20.  He sports a career record of three wins and three thirds from 10 starts with earnings of $140,040.

Seeking to turn the tables will be Kenwood Racing’s Michael With Us.  In his last effort, the son of Bluegrass Cat was a fast closing second, after being bumped and checked at the eighth pole, to Hard Enough in the Restoration Stakes.  Previously, the Kentucky-bred conditioned by Stephen DiMauro finished eighth in the Grade III Hill Prince Stakes at Belmont Park on June 15.  He has a career mark of two wins, four seconds and two thirds from ten starts, with earnings of $129,269.

Mr. and Mrs. William Warren’s Saint Vigeur also figures to be a significant factor, especially if the race is transferred to the main track.  In his most recent, the son of Smart Strike finished second in the Grade II Dwyer Stakes on the Belmont Park main track on July 6.  Previously, the Kentucky-bred trained by Chad Brown finished second in the Grade II Peter Pan Stakes on the Belmont Park main track on May 11.  He has a career record of two wins and four seconds from seven starts, with earnings of $182,980.
