It’s a big holiday weekend of racing in the mid-Atlantic region.

Monday features one of the biggest days of the year at Parx, with three graded events in a four-stake card.  Among the stars: local hero Ben’s Cat, two past Breeders’ Cup winners in Chamberlain Bridge and Eldaafer, and some sophomores looking to make a name for themselves in the Smarty Jones.

On top of that, we’ll see the biggest juvenile races of Monmouth’s season, the Sorority and the G3 Sapling, and another juvy stake at Delaware.  It’s all in a weekend’s work.  Here’s what’s on tap:
